Water Aerobics class in session

Mondays and Wednesdays
November 9th - December 13th
6:30 - 7:30 PM

Shallow water, high-intensity, high resistance, low impact, upright water workout that incorporates music to help participants improve cardio-respiratory and muscular endurance, muscular strength, core stability, and overall flexibility.

Minimum 12 people for the class to be held.
